Metriful is currently available in English. We use Melbourne, Australia as our default operating region across support and legal pages.

How does meal recognition work?

Take a photo of your meal and our AI will identify the foods and estimate nutritional information including calories, protein, carbs, and fats.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed. You can also request deletion via our Data Deletion page.

The app is not recognizing my food correctly

For best results, ensure good lighting and capture the full plate. You can manually edit any recognized items after scanning.

How do I reset my password?

Metriful uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication. To manage your credentials, visit your Google or Apple account settings.
